Hot Mobile Gacha Games in 2022!
Hi Playmates, 2022 is just around the corner! Can you believe how fast the year has gone by? With a new year means new games, so let's take a look at 3 games to be released in 2022 that I am waiting for!
Nikke: The Goddess of Victory
First up is Nikke: The Goddess of Victory by SHIFT UP Corp. I already play Destiny Child on and off and had a pretty pleasant experience with it, so seeing that they are working on another title it's no brainer that I want to try it out. Fun fact btw, did you know Line Games (that made Exos Heroes) was involved in the development of Destiny Child?
Anyway, the game itself is a vertical 3rd person shooter. Meaning that your units will shoot automatically and with simple controls this game should be playable for even casual players. Great graphics as to be expected as members of Destiny Child worked on the game, with a future apocalyptic setting - there's just too much here to be enjoyed!
Disney Twisted Wonderland
Next up is Disney Twisted Wonderland! The game takes place in a Harry Potter Hogwarts and Vampire Knights sort of arcane academy and features characters based on Disney's villains. It's giving me Kingdom Hearts vibes, and although I don't see it becoming a go-to game by any means because of the graphic style and what seems to be pretty simple rhythm battle game mechanics, it's a game that has definitely grabbed my attention.
Black Clover Mobile
Finally is Black Clover Mobile. So unlike Takt Op which is another game that I really would like to try even though the anime was kind of a weird experience for me and it's I believe only Japanese release, Black Clover is unknown if it'll also feature an English version for the N. American or Global server so here's to hoping!
I didn't play the first Black Clover Phantom Knights that shut down in 2020 but I am hoping that this game will work for me with its open world rpg style that I used to really enjoy. I see it being compared to Genshin Impact quite a bit, which is great since I think one of the reasons I didn't really get into Genshin was more so I didn't really related much to the characters but I do like the knights in Black Clover from the anime/manga so that will hopefully help with the gameplay experience.
